Boca Raton firm brokers restaurant sale

Athan “Tom” Prakas, president/broker of The Prakas Group, Inc., a Boca Raton-based real estate brokerage specializing in commercial transactions, business brokerage, restaurants and hospitality properties, has reported the completion of a restaurant sale in Orange County.

Maria Bonomo, vice president of restaurant and hospitality with the Orlando office of The Prakas Group, Inc. was exclusive broker for the sale.

Fonzo Family, LLC has purchased a 2,000 square foot Italian restaurant in the College Park area of Orlando from Babbo Inc., LLC. The new owners will continue operating the place as Nonna.

Chef Kevin Fonzo will continue to own and operate the K Restaurant & Wine Bar in Orlando. Bonomo represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
