Um….a man staying at a Boca Raton hotel called police because a dating service (escort) refused to provide sex after he paid for an hour of companionship. According to police, the man attempted to take back his money, and pushed the escort in the process. Police responded but the escort signed a waiver of prosecution. Um….the man called police to report that he had not received something it is illegal to purchase in the first place.  The man called police, and presumably wasn’t arrested himself because of, in fact, the escort’s refusal.  Looks like she did the guy a favor, after all. Hey, you can’t make this stuff up.
