Boca Fire Rescue, hospital offer Heartsaver first aid class

Boca Raton Fire Rescue and Boca Raton Community Hospital are offering a Heartsaver First Aid class starting tonight from 6 to 10 in room 211 at the 6500 Congress Avenue building.  The cost is $30 per person, which includes course material.

The Heartsaver First Aid Course teaches rescuers to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until fire rescue personnel arrive.

After completion of this class, participants will receive a course completion card from the American Heart Association.
