Palm Beach County Commissioners have approved $25,000 to assist with expenses for the Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival, Inc. performance of A Comedy of Errors.
The shortest (16,258 words) of Shakespeare’s plays, A Comedy of Errors is also the only play written by Shakespeare that is exclusively devoted to comedy.
It will be presented by PBSF at Sunset Cove Amphitheatre July 10-13, July 17-20, and July 24-27, and will be seen by approximately 18,000 theatergoers, said commissioners.
Funding will come from the District 5 Recreation Assistance Program (RAP).
