PATRICIA “PATTY” ANN EISENMAN
Patricia “Patty” Ann Eisenman, 53, of Jensen Beach passed
away on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 after a courageous battle against
breast cancer. She was born in Johnson City, NY on November 12, 1954
to F. Joseph & Jean Rubey Eisenman. Patty lived in Endwell, New
York until 1968, when she moved to Boca Raton. She attended middle
and high school in Boca Raton, then spent the majority of her life
in the Stuart, Florida area. She lived in Jupiter for ten years until
2007, then returned to the Stuart/Jensen Beach area. Always an involved
citizen, Patty served on the Martin County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership
Council, she volunteered for numerous local organizations, including
the American Cancer Society, Crisis Line Information & Referral,
Inc., Sertoma Club, Florida Oceanographic Society, Assoc. of Retarded
Citizens, and American Business Women to name a few. Patty was preceded
in death by her mother, grandparents, aunt Elizabeth Dean as well
as other close aunts, uncles, and cousins. Patty will be deeply missed
by her father F. Joseph Eisenman; her loving sister Joni (Brian) Webster
of Boca Raton, FL and devoted brother Bobby Eisenmann of Indianapolis,
Indiana; she is also survived by her uncle Thomas Dean of Towson,
MD; aunt Gloria & uncle Henry Fleming of Gaithersburg, MD; cherished
cousins Bob Dean, Anne Tejeda, Sue Trager, Sandy McCoy & Chuck
Lightbown; nieces Aimee Jean Eisenmann & Gina Gayle South of Indianapolis,
IN; Patty’s beloved “sisterhood of friends” include
Karen Curran, Karon Gaumont, Karen Hendry, Monica Danti, Debby Meyer,
Cindy Knapfel & Amy Galante, they were a great source of comfort
and unconditional love. Her precious pets, Ally & Angel provided
hours of amusement and distraction. The family wishes to thank Hospice
of Palm Beach County for their excellent care of Patty. A not-for-profit
foundation has been created in the hope of assisting other ‘breast
cancer’ survivors (from Palm Beach & Martin County) with
financial support. The high costs of treatment and expenses have left
many survivors without hope. Patty’s dream (once she had ‘beaten
her own cancer’) was to help other survivors with the hopelessness
of financial challenges. Patty always lived her life with an attitude
that: You just have to “BELIEVE …. Because there’s
no place like HOPE”. Please help us make Patty’s dream
come true by making a donation to the ‘Just Believe 4 Patty”
Foundation. Checks may be sent to: 2410 NW 31st Street; Boca Raton,
FL. 33431. A ‘ Celebration of Her Life’ Memorial Service
will be held Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Jupiter First
Church, 1475 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter, Florida. A reception will
follow in Jupiter (A ‘directions card’ will be provided
at the church.) She will be buried at ParkLawn Cemetery in Montgomery
County, Maryland, where a family graveside service will take place.
