Pedestrian Fatality
Delray Beach police said a man was killed in a car-pedestrian accident
just after 9:40 p.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of West Atlantic Avenue.
Public Information Officer Jeff Messer identified the victim as Brian
Edward Wobschall, 47, a resident of Delray Beach.
Messer said the driver was heading west on Atlantic. He said the
victim “had either fallen or was lying down in the same right

to prevent an accident.
The driver of the car involved was identified by police as Anne Munoz,

Messer said traffic homicide investigators are waiting for toxicology
