15th Annual Caribbean Cowboy Ball

The George Snow Scholarship Fund's 15th Annual Caribbean Cowboy Ball and Auction held at the Reed Reef Park on Jan. 26 attracted over 450 "cowpokes" for a foot-stompin' good time. The event, which honored Craig and Lisa Swill  with the Fund's Annual "Community Service Award," and CB Richard Ellis with the Fund’s First Annual “Corporate Community Service Award: raised $120,000 to be applied toward higher education scholarships and programs designed to assist worthy students in the community. Tim Snow, president of the George Snow Scholarship Fund, said, "We are deeply grateful to each of the companies and organizations that contributed items for our auction.  In addition, I would like to thank our auction committee and the many individuals that have given so much of themselves to insure the success of this event - from our organizational committee to our corporate partners.” The 16th Annual Caribbean Cowboy Ball will be held Jan. 24, 2009.
