In addition to this column twice a week in the Boca Raton News, beginning Saturday, Jan. 12, Victoria will host a radio talk show called Beauty and The Shrink on 1230 AM each Saturday from 1-2 pm.  Victoria Howard 's life has revolved around beauty pageants, the entertainment industry and various business ventures. Victoria has been a beauty pageant winner, holding titles of "Miss Pittsburgh" and "Mrs. West Virginia--USA". She has also published several articles, and her first book is titled "Why Women Love Bad Boys". She also founded South Florida's first women’s workshop for those who are attracted to the “Bad Boy.”  She calls it the Kick Him To The Curb Club.
